Yamaha racing bike

Many hrs doing this. All surface modeling (nurbs). Don't do t-splines, clayoo, or z brush.

Printed on the core 530 at 40z just to show client model.

Now I have to print again and try to cast this beast.

Hope it comes out ok casting I can't imagine how many hours you have in that. Looks like a good candidate to sell as an STL on torposquid or one of those other sites that sell your models.

Good job

By the way I know you know this but I'm just gonna say it
Cast it in pieces and solder or use a laser to assemble it.
I'm so far behind I think I'm First !!

If you do this, you can use a few different colors of metal for different parts, that could look really impressive.

Tried to talk the customer into multiple colors and assembly. Didn't want to spend the extra money. Oh well.

Just cast. 52 grams 14k customer scrap. Now to clean up. Chain came out and tire treads too. 350 2hrs, 750 for 30 min., 1450 for 3 hrs.

Satincast and tap water. Emerald green. Cured in the model cure 6 sessions for 6 min while flipping each time.
