Problem with models

Hey, I'm a new B9Creator (v1.2) owner and I've been having issues with my prints. There appears to be wobbling in my models and I have no idea why it's happening. I've attached some images. I know it's not the file as another printer has produced it perfectly. I doubt it's the thickness of the support as I've tried it with a wide base as well as the base I'm used to doing for the envisiontec at my old workplace. It may be an environmental issue, but it's too regular of an occurrence for me to conclude that on my own. Regular as in the spacing between the peaks in the wobbles is almost the same every time if not exactly the same. Any thoughts?

There is lateral vat movement so u are not printing on the same tech. Than support is way to thin. Always best to have supports early in the print for stability. If a used machine then try cleaning the Z screw and use light machine oil (wipe on and off with soft rag or paper towel). When u use the toggle does the vat move freely in the guide rails?

There are plenty of posts showing the early supports, usually med thickness.

Is this a new machine or used that u purchased?

I don't believe it's a problem with the interior support as it produced perfectly on someone else's machine using the same supports. I purchased the machine brand new. The vat movement is smooth when I use the toggle.

What xy and z are u using.

50xy, 25z. At this point I'm pretty certain it's a hardware issue.

it looks like your z screw might have a little wobble in it.

Update Post:

I ended up getting all the parts in the Z axis replaced and it seems to have fixed the issue. However I'm having trouble calibrating my projector but that is an issue for a different post. Thanks for everyone's input!
