This sounds amazing! Thank you!
I'm wondering if Surface Finish will affect print speed or detail?

No increase in print times. Slicing time will increase.

Do I need to print at 20um to use the new surface finish?

Slicing times are quite a bit longer and saving is longer (larger files). Print times remain the same. Choose what ever slice thickness is available. Recommended or other.
