anyone have 3 stage burnout schedule ?

My oven only programmable to 3 ramps anyone has a successful schedule to ramp over 3 steps, not 4?
my casting is not bad but pitz bothering me. what I do currently is ramp up with 20F/min to 350F and seat there for 3 hours then ramp up to 1400F with rate 3.5F/min (slow to compensate not having it seats at 700F ) and seat there 4 hours then ramp down with 40F/min to 1100F seat there 1.5 hour and cast I use yellow https://www.dropbox.com/s/t4pzxng0t5irk9c/castb9.MOV?dl=0 I casted this one in 18K green gold

I don't use a step ramp on my kiln.
I use Satin Cast and I turn my kiln to go directly to 1450 deg. F.
I think your castings look just great especially considering the thickness of your
model in that video.
Keep doing what you're doing it looks fine to me.

Been using this for months now.

1) 350 F for 2 hrs (completely cure models and cure investment).

2) Up to 1450 F and hold 2 to 3 hrs. (heavier models or larger trees 3 hrs, ramp speed is 999 degrees per hr).

3) Down to casting temp over 1 hr and hold min of 1 hr before casting. (I cast at 950 F for all metals, and don't cast plat in house).

Like AK says, casting looks really good. Might suggest u do some cleanup in the resin. Files and sands and drills fairly easily when cured.
