Backplates cannot be planar

Hey everyone, I've been less than satisfied with my prints since I got my v1.2, and on my quest to figure out why, I discovered that my back plates weren't coplanar (bought assembled). I spent the last two days trying to get the two back plates to be coplanar and the screw holes just don't seem to allow that. The top is always tilted forward. I tried disassembling the machine to the point in the assembly manual where it tells you to adjust the screws but there seems to be no way to make the adjustment properly and have the two halves aligned. Any pointers on what I should do?

go here and post your problem. Scroll down and register for the "support portal".

The factory does a test print when assembly is complete. You may have another problem that occurred during shipping.
