Need help in calibration, extreeme setttings!

Need advice, cannot get good prints. I calibrated projector several times, tried with original plastic calibration grid and with printed grid, calibrated till perfect focus.I re coated my Vat on 99% flat surface, and even bought new one. Then i thought that my build table has bent, brushed it with sandpaper till got perfect flat surface. Then calibrated table several times, i even reassembled whole printer and also tried to put projector in different angle.. My MSM is 2.5!!! B +1.0!!!! F-0.1 S0.25 and still my pegs on B+ side is smaller ~4,93mm vs 5,05 on the B- side, when i try to print my rings, supports breaks in that place, and whole print fails because of floating parts.... How to make Balance more than +1 ?? or maybe there is another fix for this problem? Overall print quality is good, 664 lamp hours.

photos of your failed prints, still on the build table, might help.

Did u build the printer or is it factory assembled? Using b9 resin or others?

As i understand on B+ side supports are too thin and when vat slides, connection between ring and supports breaks. Only supports left on table, but if put ring on another side, everything is ok. Sorry do not have photos now. I bought my printer almost 2 years ago , and build it, had perfect prints until went from 1:1 to emerald, MSM on 1:1 was 1.1-1.2 ,today i had successful print with MSM 2.7, but problem is that with balance +1.0 and MSM 2.7 i get 5mm pegs on right side but 5.12-5.15 on the left(B-).....

That picture of your calibration print in Emerald looks fine to me.

I suspect the reason your prints are failing is because you're using the small supports. Don't use small supports; as the pdms ages (even during the first print) there can be enough light scattering from the dulled area on the pdms to prevent the small supports from printing.

Medium supports are much better. They're much more stable when you print

Although every thing looks pretty good, you may be having a problem with items printing differently in various areas .
If you look at the Photo carefully, you can see the 9's on the B+ side are further away from center of the triangle then the 9's on the B- side. The B+ side is correct and the B- is still to thick/ heavy. You should have the same gap on both.

At the bottom of the ring use a base, not small supports. The early supports are very important. Base does not have to be this tall. Early prints with base, now I use much shorter base to save on print time and expsure of the PDMS. Every mm in height at 30 z is approx. 35 layers (exposures).

For rings, Roberts method is very similar to what I do as well. good advice to follow.

I`m printing fo 2+ years, and never had such problem... This problem appears for couple months for mee. I tried the large sprue support, then printings don`t fail, but prongs on rings are much thinner on B+ side then on B-...

Can you please look at photos of my bubble leveler,my projector is tilted a bit to front, but i don`t know how to level it. Because all walls seems to be straight

Hi,
As i said a few posts before, your calibration print shows you that the B+ side is good
and the B- side is not as good. Looking at the B9 logo on the B+ calibration print you can see the 3 of the 9's of the logo have spacing between the 9's.
On the B- side they are all touching... which says the B- side is printing thicker and that explains why the prongs on the B- side are thicker.
You can adjust the B- /B+ to get this better.
If the prongs are correct thickness on the B+ side, then you need to modify the B- side
in settings

I know that, but i don`t know how to adjust it, because my balance is +1,000 already and it is maximum value in settings. I recoated VAT today and made all calibrations again, here are my last photos, my pegs on 3 corners are almost perfect , only B- F+ corner is to thick, and i don`t know how to fix it....

In your settings, why are there commas instead of decimal points? Maximum fade is +/- 1.0 NOT 1,000! I'd get rid of all the commas for starters....

I have a feeling that you may have moved your machine at some point and the projector itself is no longer perfectly level and straight to the rest of the machine. That could create a situation where your balance is maxed out.

If you put the Orange calibration paddle on the tray and use projector calibration, you can see if one of the arrows is slightly thicker/ thinner then the other.
Adjust the arrows so they are equal, then set the focus etc as needed.

Then, set everything back to factory settings and you may be good to go.
