Hi, friends!

A have an 1.2 B9. It all worked good for an year. I didn't print a lot, lamp worked about 300 hours. But now after start printing after 10-15 minutes, projector sharply glows less and rezin doesn't polymerize.

I tried to change another lamp bulb, but it's the same.

Thanks!

Have u tried unplugging the projector from the power and then reboot? U could have a bad projector. Are u getting any blinking lights on the projector? U can count them and then diagnose.

Projector works well as in printer, as without. It does not blink. Just lights less.

I was told an idea, that after many hours of work bulb can exlosure, and projector reduce power for safity. Can i null hours counter?

Yes just go to printer settings and set lamp hrs to "0" and click save settings.

U should always set lamp hrs to "0" when u change lamps or lamp assembly.

You can not change the lamp hours in Printer Settings. In order to reset the projector hours, you must use the reset lamp hours calibration.

Double thanks for the link to the manual. Mine 1.2 has been sporadically having issues, it didn't occur to me that something could be wrong beyond the lamp giving up. I gotta remember to keep my head out of where it doesn't belong.

Thanks. I'll work with it.

But, for the worst case - can I buy a new Vivitek projector and replace it, or projector from B9 is special?

There are modifications to the projector for the v1.1 and the v1.2, done at the factory. This is why I suggested u send your questions to the factory at Support@b9c.com They have projectors and lamp assembly.

I know the b9 store does not list projectors for sale. Again send your questions regarding the projector to the factory at Support@b9c.com

And one more question about cleaning the projector matrix. How to do it? If somewhere it was writing about - show me, please.
