X axis motion issue

Hi guys,

My b9creator has some problems in printing. The build table couldn't move during printing.
I followed the instruction of X-Axis Movement Issues. Everything is checked. I can even hear the sound of the motor but the build table still couldn't move. The gold x-axis arm just gets stuck.

When I take off the build table and the vat, the arm could rotate normally. But it gets stuck again once I install the build table back.
I tried to put some lubricate along the rail, which makes no difference.

Can anyone please help me?

Thanks!

can you post a picture without the vat installed?
many times it will show a rub mark or the little set screw is not set in the flat part of the motor's shaft so it will not turn the vat just spin until the vat is removed then it turns with no resistance to stop it
I'm so far behind I think I'm First !!

The rub mark is not clear because I put some lubricate there.

I don't think it is the screw that stopped the motion. Because even if the arm is at the position in the picture below, where no screw is in its path, the arm still couldn't move.

I got it fixed just now!
It takes me one week. I tried every thing and I almost give up.
Thank you everyone!
