print failed

hello.i buy one b9creator v1.2 1 yerar ago.i assembled that.print in 30 xy is good but print on 50 xy allways failed.when i registerd msm to 1.6 and more print is a bit better but some area of my build plate isnt good surface.i buy this machine 1 year but i dont recive a good printed even one print.i am jewel maker and disigner and buy this printer 7100 dollar from dubai.i do any work for repair my b9 but machine dont work good for me.i watch so mach your video for calibration.please help me plz ...

U must check the build table for being flat. Place face down on a flat surface like glass. It should not rock back and forth in any direction. This can be a problem on larger build areas.

Post apicture of the calibration print at 50xy so I can see where the failure is occuring.
