image spoilt for microchannel printing

Hi, :)
I have design a microchannel model to test its printing resolution (50um resolution).
However, the printed result is not so satisfied as printing of 200 um width microchannel does not appeared. :(
I have calibrated the xy and z axis of the B9 creator, however, the result get worse.
I would like to search for any advice for the printing improvement.

In my practice I succesfully printed holes and channels 200-250 micron wide on v1.1 machine. You should lower cure time slightly and try again.

Shows u are using red. U should be using Cherry and default at 50 xy on the 1.1 machine and try 31.75 layer thickness (z).

High resolution (50 xy) and thin Z slices need to be done using B9R-1- Cherry or a mix of 50/50 Red and Cherry. U will not be able to print at 50 xy and 31.75 z with the B9R-1-Red.

Since I only have red resin, does the 50xy made possible with earlier version V1.0?

Thin slices require different resin in order to control penetration of the light. U will have to slice much thicker with the Red.

No change of software is going to make a difference. U will have to slice thicker or get the cherry resin.

Thanks Robert for your kind response. I will try on 50um thick with 50xy and see its result.

I have never printed at thicker than 31.75 or 30 on the new machine so others will have to give u help. Someone chime in here.

Ok someone, what is the minimum slice thickness on the 1.1 machine with 50 xy and Red resin?

Red 75-100. You can slice thinner but you will get more light bleed. Slicing thinner will smooth out the surface, but wash out small details.
