Pores in white gold 18k casting (with vacuum) see the images

I'm doing casting with yellow resin, in white gold 18k (nickel alloy zinc alloy) I burn it at 400f (1 hour) 800 (2 hour) 1400 (3 hour) and 1100 (one hour). I'm heating the gold with oxygen butane, I'm using vacuum. But I have many pores in the bottom of the rings, what do you recommend? the pores when sanding come out more and more.

The curing is perfect, 6 hours in UV and one in the sun. Hard pieces

gold has already been used twice, but with new gold, the same thing happens to me,
regards!

If that was my casting, I'd be thinking the melt was too hot. If nothing else, the back of your button should be a smooth hemisphere / semi-flat lake in karat gold.

I agree with Mark.
To be safe, 18k white needs at least 50% fresh metal every melt because the alloys burn away... even more when the metal is overheated.

Agree with those above and I have my flask temp/oven temp at 950 F for casting.
