B9 Clean problem

Hey folks. We've been using the B9Clean with no problems. Today, it started not filling completely to the platform to wash the entire grow. We grow rings so we keep the solution at the max of the 1.3L mark. The machine has fresh alcohol and is clean everywhere we can clean it. Why is it not "pumping" the alcohol high enough to reach the platform? It goes high enough to cover the top half of the rings on the platform.

check the rubber gasket at the fill hole on the machine. Make sure properly seated.
