Hello guys,
i have a problem when I print my rings, you can see on the pictures how they come out after printing. I use 1.2 printer. You can see my settings below, and I also tried to print with factory settings, no luck. Any ideas what is wrong with my printer? thank you

Can it be a problem with my resin? I use 1:1 mix, and it's about 2 years old. I have used my printer for about 1.5 year without any problems, I re-installed Windows 10 on my PC a few month ago and I haven't printed for about 3 month after that. A few days ago, I calibrated my projector/built table and started to print again, so now I have this problem.

I attached the calibration print, that I did yesterday with fresh Emerald resin, the calibration digits aren't perfect, but I don't think this is the main problem. I this that the problem is in material settings or may be something wrong with the projector's lamp. I also attached a screenshot of my material settings. Please help, I have a sales season now, as I make jewelry, I can't work without my printer....

How is the condition of the vat? Is the PDMS getting cloudy? I don't really think that's the issue, but it something to check.

If the vat coating is fine, try a print with the Machine Specific Multiplier set to 1.5

It looks a bit underexposed, but only later in the print after the lamp has been on for some time? At 500+ hours, the lamp is getting old but normally should still be OK. But every lamp is different and environmental effects matter (room temperature, abrupt cooling, etc.)
