Failure code 10019

I checked before posting, but after upgrading my firmware for the slate grey a couple weeks ago, I started getting a failure code 10019 on the b9 530. I factory reset the unit and the error code went away, however today I started seeing it again and I cannot get anything to print. I've submitted a ticket, but in the meantime, does anyone have any advice?

Unless other users have seen it, and I haven't, u will have to get a answer from support.

Let us know the cause and solution in the event it should happen to others.
