Printing Problems

I have had my Core 530 for about a week and my wax models are getting poorer each time. Attached are photos of my latest print after the first alcohol cleaning and then after the second and the curing. From the online info it looks like either/and/or unclean windows or improper recharging.
I have cleaned the chamber glass as well as both sides of the tray. I have strained the fluid with the sieve and no particles showed up. I have not used the paper filters.
As a newbie I would welcome any help.
Thanks

Really looks like u might have finger prints or smudges on the glass (underneath) or on the window itself.

Just making sure, but have you selected Emerald green on the print screen?

This is an issue that should go directly to B9. I suggest you put in a ticket. It should not be doing this at all.
Something is wrong here considering you said you cleaned the vat on both sides and the window itself is clean.
Printing on a 530 the first week should have no problems at all.

I am sorry it is taking so long to respond but I didn't have the notification turned on in my settings. The problem is resolving slowly, but getting better I will keep you posted. I have a ticket started with tech support.
