Motor or its arm troublshooting?

Hi all,

I was printing when I discovered the VAT is not moving despite I was listening motor sound. I abort the print.
I tried to move the VAT with toggle but unsuccessful.
I push motor arm and it is moving easy.

I tried to print again but the same: I listen the motor sound as it is moving the VAT but it is not moving.

is the problem from the motor or motor arm? what to do to repair the matter?
I tried to attach video but can't, is it possible to enclose a video?

Maybe the "set screw" on the motor shaft (holds the gold arm from rotating on the shaft) is loose or not tightened at the flat spot on the motor shaft.
