round is oval

I recently adjusted our b9 to the 70 micron xy position. prior to this the machine was working great. Now when we do a test print of a perfect circle it prints slightly oval. We are using an VGA to USB adapter between the projector and the laptop. I am being told that the adapter is the problem. Is there somewhere else to look to resolve this issue ? It just doesn't seem likely that the adapter would for no reason go bad. We have a huge back log of work and are desperate to get the machine fixed if you can help please call me 8082274683 We are in Honolulu Hi.

I would check the projector alignment. when moving it, it is very easy to be a tiny amount out one way or the other... I think if it is slightly out of alignment, You would get a very slightly oval shape. You can print a square and you will probably have a lot of banding lines due to the misalignment.
