models in the water

Is it good to put the printed models in the water for a long time after drying? waiting to be melted to metal?
Thanks

There is no reason why sitting in water should make any difference. I leave some of my prints in the model cure over night. Not curing just sitting after curing.

"Models in the water" made me nostalgic for a minute.

Made me remember "Sirens" Real models in the water. The one with Hugh Grant as the minister.
