rough surface

I have issues with most of my print lately and I’m wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. What can cause this rough bubble like texture effect on the models? Thanks

New Vat was recently installed.
The same resin bottle is used for the last 7-8 months.

Like Robert said

I use the NuVat exclusively on my 1.1 B9 using 50/50 mix and have never seen this happen.

I'd try a print with fresh, unused resin in a clean vat to see if my used resin has become contaminated.
