That's crazy!!! Good job. Are you going to cast it yourself?

Bigger is better  and just for curiosity: for how many layers you had to push the vat before he went forward back alone ? watch what happen with big base size as the 30 xy 30Z calibration https://youtu.be/_sQQ3iEzbdA

Never touched the vat. I have never had to push/help a vat to start a print at any resolution.

Think it was about 2500 layers. Prob would not need all the internal supports if surface had been smooth. The "gator" pattern was also on the inside.

Not going to cast, just print and cure and ship.

This actually was 2637 layers. Printed a second one because I cured it prob more than I should have, and it was dropped on the concrete and tile floor and broke (about 1/3 of it on one end).

I cured this piece before the Model Cure was released. I oven cured with slow ramp to about 325 F and left it for 1 hr. Larger items like this can crack if ramped temp is too fast.

Sun curing and Model Cure method are prob best to avoid over "cooking" in the oven and avoid cracking.

You could Sun cure also maybe 5 to 6 hrs. of full Sun. Bowl of water and maybe foil underneath for reflected UV.

In the model cure would lay on it's side with supports removed and cure 6 min and flip over and cure another 6 min. Really can't overcure with the Model Cure. Add more time if u want.
