Hello, Mike,
Here are some photos of 1:1 Red/Cherry mix using your settings. At the time of the printing, my projector only had 30 lamp hours. The ring print has 0.5 deep features cut into the sides. The features are only about 0.3-0.4 mm wide, so they are a challenge to print using the B9. I made three prints with MSM=1.0, 0.8 and 0.6. The Unsupported Pixel Multiplier was at the default of 0.8. The prints were made with 30 um slicing at x, y of 30x30 um. For comparison, I show the same print from a SolidScape R66+ with 0.025 mm slicing.

Here is what the part should look like from SolidWorks. Note that the small dot in the center of the rose is not shown in the SolidWorks image.

The crisp corners on the SolidScape part does come at a high price. I can print six B9 parts, one at a time, while the SolidScape machine is printing one part. The repair cost this year for the SolidScape printer (new x motor, belts, jets, and heated lines) cost more than the B9Creator.

I am very happy with the B9 prints. Any suggestions for improving the prints would be welcome. Would changing the Unsupported Pixel Multiplier or reducing the value of "Over" value for pixels on the sides improve the prints?

Thank you Mike for the wonderful 1.2. I love the short curing time for the 50xy35z. It is cured at 2.6 sec per layer :D I will post my setting in abit. I ordered this as an assembled unite. As you can see in the picture, The ring side is smaller than my design 17 Jap standard, but come out only 14. There seem to be Z stepping error or xy motor error I am not sure as you can see in the picture. It starts acting weird at 40mm high.

Hi Michael,
I have been using your settings for the 1 to 1 mix on the 1.2 B9 machine and getting great results at 50 x 50z . 18 rings with micro prongs ... all came out perfect. took about 3 hours.

I have also tested on my older machine and got Good results with that using the same settings... just took about 3 times longer.
Posted pictures elsewhere on the forum, but this is the correct area that it should be in .
I will repost the pictures here.

Pull the uv glass out then put the regular glass in. The printing time was 4hrs from the 14hrs ( but fail print). here is the result and the print setting. Totally love it. Thank you Tim. :P

Well, that's not me :) That idea was floating in the air for a long time, but I guess fellow noahbern was first to implement it and test :)

Plugged the settings in and will test tonight on my V1.1 50xy 31z

EDIT: Works great! Machine V1.1 with 1:1 resin at 50xy and 31z like I had stated. I still get wear on my models in the corner closest to the front and deep end side of my vat, but those were happening pre-mikes settings.

Go to beginning of the thread and set up like Mike instructions. Then no matter the XY you choose then settings are default and automatic.

I have not tried 50 xy on the v1.2 machine. Go here to change "hot spot" or "bloom". Balance and Fade move it around. If the left side is brighter then try setting the balance to .500 I had the same issue. See if it helps. My prints on the right side of the build area were not as "full" as the left side. This fixed it.

The center of the "Bloom" or "Eclipse". Start of the pixels being turnned off at the end of each exposure.

Mike,
Do you have the settings for v1.1 running v1.73. I downloaded v1.73 last might and had two failed prints using the default settings. The shutter speed and speed and the speed of the vat are really slow and I am missing parts of my model. When I did the initial print I was running v1.6 not I installed v1.73 and lost all my settings and forgot to right them down so I cannot get back and I have to do alot of other prints this week. Any advice.

Has anyone printed successfully with Cherry/Red 1:1 at 50 XYZ?
I'm using Mike's settings posted at the beginning of this thread and having NO success at all.
Also tried 30 Z 50 XY. No success.
Thanks for any insights.

Hi lswatson
Yes, I have been printing for quite a while with the 50 XY using Mikes settings.
I can copy what my settings look like and email it to you tomorrow...
