Silicone primer

Hello
I am French and I do not speak English. I hope Google translate for me okay.

While Mike was fighting with the snow and could not deliver me, I built a "vta minimum."
I cut a sheet of Dibon, and I stuck on an aluminum frame.
Prior to the Sylgard, I used a primer for silicone in the corners and around the window.
Sylgard does not tear and it does not bubble. Do not put a lot of primary because it will be able to change the Sylgard without breaking everything.

Very interesting project!
Have you used it to successfully print?
Would you be willing to post a drawing with measurements?

Silicone primer

My Vat is very simple and it works very well. I bought the plate Dibond in a sign maker. The aluminum frame is made with "L" bent. It is found in a DIY store. I used a drill, a saw and two clamps.

Silicone primer

What resin are u using and what settings. What slice thickness. Nice job on the prints and the vat. What did u use to seal the glass window? What did u use to seal the aluminum to the Dibond bottom? Is the only coating on the bottom of the vat and over the window the silicone primer?

Thanks, in advance.
