layers and slices

Using Slic3r and importing into B9 Editor then to B9 Creator the supports seem to disappear for one layer (layer 36)
Also if each layer is 100 microns and the model is 110mm high - shouldnt there be 1100 layers? (there are only 277)
Ideas anyone?

slic3r does not calculate slices or faces that are less than 1.1mm. I think its because its intended use was for extrusion printers

Also note a bug in the B9editor as seen from how it saved the above file: Your XY pixel and Z layer are 100mm. It saves in mm and shows you the value when you open the file in microns. So you need to save as .1 value in each.

Your supports should also disappear after they hit a layer or feature.

Slic3r does calculate less than 1.1mm, I've had it work just fine with both 50 microns and 25 microns.
