the thickness of print is varied, the part that is coming off is much thicker

When the thickness varies, it means the table is not flush to the pdms when the first layers are laid down.
Measure Twice, Cut Once.

Be very careful not to overtighten the screws. I turn them to make contact and then just the slightest tweek. Over doing it will cause the table to move and not be planar with the PDMS.

I received some settings from the customer care, to make changes to gold arm... i did it.. n the print did not fall... but the words on the print were completely unreadable n also the left corners were perfect but the center had gone thinner.. n the extreme right complete thinner.. images below.. new problem... pls guide. Thanks...

That's what I expect to see if the image is not focused clearly at the surface of the pdms. Maybe the focus got changed when you fixed the arm?

Hi Mike,
I was finally able to get the machine back to work, after projector calibration, The results were good, except 1 corner, where the word B9 creator is missing. Also took a trial print to check, it too came right. Thanks again... to you n everyone who helped me...
