12HR PRINT FAILING AT 1/2 WAY POINT

Does anyone know what is going on? I have had two 12 hr prints stop at the half way point. It is a software issue because the program is frozen and the only way I can get out of it is by shutting down the computer. When I restart, it says the print failed and do I want to restart, but I must be one layer off because the next layers are printing into thin air.

I am on a version 1.2 and using default yellow settings with all the current updates. This is frustrating!!!!

Sounds like a computer problem. I would try using another one. Just a thought.

I have gotten some big , tall, highly detailed bracelets on the 1.2 machine at 50XY... the problem is the PDMS tends to get damaged before the print is finalized.
You have 1 shot with new PDMS...probably bake it longer to make it a bit more resistant to damage and you may get 1 bracelet.

Otherwise, sounds like a core50 print.... wish I had one!

How big is the bracelet. Maybe I can stand it on the end and print on my Core 530 if its not to wide.

I was going to post almost the same advice as Metalcaster. I also suspect the pdms is being damaged during that print, causing the print to fail midways.

Consider orienting the stl in such a way so as not to print over the same spot over and over. (Tilting the object).

Is there any error message that pops up when the print freezes? Projector lights blinking? Or does it just seem to stop with no error message present.
