Hi, you can try checking to see if the cable of the sensor is plugged in properly.

If it is plugged in properly, you can try reflashing the arduino board firmware.
You can make the program do this by changing the macine model you have from 1.2 to 1.1 and back again to 1.2 (if 1.2 is what you have)

If this doesnt work you can try contacting customer support..

Did you ask support about your pcb possibly being bad?

Hi,
I had this happen to me on the 1.1 machine. It may have been partially my fault as I found a partially cut/damaged wire
which could have shorted the PCB and The Arduino. I ended up Buying a new arduino on Amazon. That fixed the problem.
Never had another problem like that.

I may have told your to reload it (not download it). If you have the v1.2 hardware, you can do that by going to the Printer Manager and selecting a v1.1 configuration (which will force a firmware update to v1.1) then select a v1.2 configuration (which will then force an upload to v1.2 firmware).

You can safely ignore the 2nd warning, you must have a 32 bit version of windows and our old installer trys to load both 32 and 64 bit arduino drivers (fails when try to load the 64).

The above is not related to your first picture. For that, you must go to Printer Management and select the correct com port, configuration and display port.

Looks like there's no active printer port. That means either the printer usb is not hooked up, the arduino is damaged (or possibly the pcb is plugged in wrong), or the arduino driver files are not installed (see: http://www.b9c.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=27116#p27116 )

If you have a 32 bit computer (you do) then then you will get that error message. Run the other one, dpinst-x86, it should be all you need.

If you still have no active printer port, then there may be something wrong with the hardware, (bad Arduino, pcb plugged in wrong, bad usb cord, bad usb port)

Next is to go to your display settings and set up the printer projector. You must select Extended Desktop mode (for multiple monitors) and then set the projector's resolution to 1920x1080.

Then go back to B9Creator software and open Printer Managment and select the projector's video port (you should see two listed there, the main monitor and the projector.
