Jeremy I would start a new thread. no, this is not a result of overexposure imo. probably the opposite. I had similar issues and had to adjust my machine specific multiplier. Look for a short print like a coin and adjust it until you get a good print. Start with 1.1. I feel like that is my catch all...

Dimensional error - solved

I would print a shallow item like coin and see if it is indeed light bleed. i am not convinced What gets me is that he says "Windows reports native resolution to be 1080P and I've used 50 micron calibration grid". which of the version machines is 1080p? Sounds like that is his monitor or am i confus...

Yes, I am a calibration nazi. If there is a problem with printing with default settings I take the whole vat out, seal it in a light proof box, and place anew pre-prepared vat in its place and recalibrate. It's given me good reliable results and a clean place to start anew

@sflores how is your pdms applied? Did you do the waterfall? if so ensure you do not have a raised lip that is pushing your builds from the table? if you are at 2.5 msm and getting cured resin that is not adhering to the previous layer then you should slice thinner You may start at 76z but if it doe...

Ok for @sflores@jo-yeriadepla-ta.mx I am not sure this matters but I think that slice thickness only works best at 100 micron calibration. But if you adjusted your machine specific multiplier to 2.5?! you should have gotten some curing or some floating debris. I know in 1.7.2 the software did not al...

well, my friend. I would say that it is broke and now you must fix it.

It's probably best to upgrade to the new 1.7.3

It will be a safe bet that your issues will be rectified

So are you selling these machines? Do you have your own? Do you print frequently using your machine? This would be easy to spot if you had some more experience.
