Re: B9 Core 530 light leak?

HI there, When I told you to send this to B9 I meant to the support page. https://www.b9c.com/support/b9-core click Submit a support ticket. Robert he is referring to that dangly looking thing on the right his prints don't seem to be affected although I agree with you there should be supports inside...

Re: Print/waves marks

NO as you can see the way you have the model sitting those lines are bound to show up in that area of the print. show us the ring itself and how you are setting it up to print from the print software with supports we may be able to help you set it at an angle to reduce those lines. You can also use ...

Interesting: Installation of the Flexible Build System for Resin

Interesting, a flexible build plate for resin printers, could be the end of scraping off the prints?

Re: 3Dconnexion

Just wondering if B9 ever considered integrating 3Dconnexion into the software. For CAD work this mouse is fairly popular. Surprisingly, even Zbrush now allows this mouse. I don't think integrating Mouse software into B9 software is beneficial to anyone besides where will it end and to what end? Yo...

Re: B9 530 USB not recognized

I have been having the same problems since last summer I find that if I put the usb in before I switch the printer to usb from the main menu it tends to see it and then again not always. I also found that if I wiggle the USB up and down or side ways gently it will start to see it then it is just hol...

Unless someone is here checking it might be a while before you get an answer.
you could join one of the many facebook pages that have Form2 users or a form2 user forum itself.
You could also use the search forum bar above on the right using Form2 as a search word.

Re: B9 Core Series - [B9Create 1.0] Get the latest installer for new materials

So does anyone want to share a couple of screen shots of the Core series settings on the cherry red(or any other) and Fastwax, so I could get a reference point for the Creator settings? This would help figuring out the Fastwax settings for the Creator. And yes I still use mine and it is great! Than...

Re: B9 Core Series - [B9Create 1.0] Get the latest installer for new materials

Unfortunately, they have stopped supporting the B9 Creator. Right before they finally released model making grey resins, too, which was an extra kick in the teeth. Apparently they don't even sell replacement lamps any more, so as soon as your last lamp dies, it's a $4k paperweight. I guess once our...

Re: B9 Core Series - [B9Create 1.0] Get the latest installer for new materials

I accessed all 23 pages under the heading of B0Creator 1.2 and saw nothing referring to using fast wax on an older machine like the 1.2hd I don't recall them ever actually saying what the settings would be. Have you tried using the settings for either of the settings available for the resins used on...

Re: FastWax Instructions For Use

Just let it bench set for at least 1 hour 2 or 3 is even better. Place the can in the kiln room temp. turn kiln up to burn out temp of 1450 Deg F. No ramp just let it go straight to high temp. Hold for 3 hours minimum, ramp kiln down 200 deg per hour or just reduce the temp slowly to cast temp. I st...

open older .B9j files from B91.1priner

I could swear I saw a topic on how to open older files in the newer B9 core software.
Can anyone point me to it or answer whether or not we can open the older B9J sliced files?

Re: How many hours of lamp life?

Hi Ben,
I see you have posted 3 different questions here on the 1.1.
I suggest you use the search box using those key words like "Vivitek D535 lamp" or FEP
and you might find all your answers in the past posts.

Re: B9R 3 EMERALD and ANYCUBIC PHOTON S

Can you actually print this item using the photon resin that came with it? This model could print on a B9Core in about 30 to 45 min. on a photon I would be 2.5 hrs or more. I have a photon I bought several years ago just for the heck of it. I could not get the B9 resin to print a model. You would be...

Re: Print failure help with configuration

I am not privy to the settings needed to use the green resin on B91.2 but I would first check calibration. Make sure the focus is correct. Then I would replace the PDMS if you are still using it, and if you are you should consider changing to FEP that has replaced the PDMS. Focus and calibrate. Oh a...

Robert Howle, Keven Fautenberg. I worked with it in March as a beta tester. It certainly made a difference in the surface of the prints and reduced time. There are videos on it from webinar just recently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gQiKgPrjmc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYvkyBcRqkM https:/...

Re: Yellow Screen

Hello, I´m having a problem printing on my 530. The printer suddenly crashes and the screen turns yellow, and I need to turn off the printer. Beside that, when I turn it on, the table doesn´t go all the way up, and I have to "restart" the same project and then stop it, in order to use the...
