Re: Jammed Mechanism again

Try unplugging the power to the projector, and the printer.
remove the USB connections to the printer shut down computer.
wait about 5 minutes then plug all of it back in and restart the computer.

Re: The problem of wave

NOt sure it is a problem The photos you saw from Robert is from the Core 530 and you are using a Core550. There will be a difference in the surface detail. The core 530 has a smaller build table and is able to print down to 20um even though we also print at 20um I am not familiar with what the core5...

Re: The problem of wave

What setting are you printing the model on the 550 printer?

I have the 530 so not having the 550 I would imagine you would have to print the models on the lowest resolution
available and do as Robert shows with your mesh settings.

Re: The problem of wave

I just opened this in Matrix and i see there are 7 models in one for each ring that are grouped ungroup and you will see there are 6 (2 of each) 750 on the inside. when I use my matrix 8 mesh tool it makes it all mesh as one, but your mesh is still 7 meshes. do you have a mesh tool or are you just u...

Re: The problem of wave

I opened this in Rhino and I don't see it as a problem. Is this how it came out when you printed it or is this just what it looks like in the slicing software? It may be your software mesh settings are set too low so it shows it rough like that just print it and see how it turns out. Post pics of th...

Re: Looking for setting parameters for emerald for Asiga Pro2 402nm machine

You will need to ask the Asiga forums unless there is someone here that has an Asiga B9 themselves don't test resins on the other machines that I know of.
But who ever sold you the Asiga they should also have the info.

Re: Regarding as treatment(cleaning and curing) after printing

My ultrasonic has a heater. when I turn it on it heats to around 130 deg F.? anyways it is hot you can't stick your hand in it. I also should have said I use to put the models in a heavy plastic baggie like you get from findings shipped to you. Then I found a plastic water cup I had and started usin...

Re: Regarding as treatment(cleaning and curing) after printing

Dear everyone, Recently I use warm water of temperature from 40 to around 55℃(and detergent for dishes) after modeling for rinse resin. I concerned about it deformed, however it looks ok and easy to remove resin than water. I haven't have ultrasonic yet. s. Are you saying that you are seeing the mo...

Re: New printer - Z-axis calibration issue

see how the top limit switch is bent out further than it looks like the bottom one is ?

bend the metal part slightly out further so that when the red part touches it will stop the motor.

Ok here are pics. one is called "Looks bent" that is referring to the area I have shown on the red part that is sliding through the sensor. another pic. shows the switch at the bottom it is designed to stop the motor. ( bend or adjust to hit the red....) It looks like it could either be be...

Re: New printer - Z-axis calibration issue

There is definitely a problem with not only the Z sensor but the Z limit switch. Did you assemble this or did you get it assembled? I think I said this before But let me be clear "REMOVE THE VAT AND UNSCREW THE KNOB AND REMOVE THE BUILD TABLE" With that said I hope you understand that unti...

Re: New printer - Z-axis calibration issue

}Edited{ There is a limit switch at the bottom of the Z that will stop the Z arm from dropping down when the red part on the left hits the limit switch at the vary bottom. Make sure the other Black Z sensor above the limit switch is clean. the limit switch itself is under the Black Z sensor If it ha...

Re: Steel buid table sticking problems (edited)

Alfonso, When I had problems I would go back to the basics and work forward to solve it. after you make your PDMS choose the default settings for B9Green (take a screen shot of your settings first and save them just in case) Then check your focus and adjust if needed to make sure it is as good as it...
