Fully assembled and tested B9 Creator V1.1 for sale

No, sorry. I wouldn't ship it without being paid in advance(I doubt anyone would!). I would be more than happy to print something for you if you are a serious buyer to confirm its integrity. The machine is basically new and works great. The two vats have never been used.

Vat stress cracks and breaks??

Have you been cleaning them with alcohol by chance? We have noticed that this makes the acrylic very brittle.

Re:Making Plate Glass VAT with NanoClear Coating

The biggest plus imo would be not having to worry about resin fusing to the acrylic in the event of a PDMS failure. With glass, you can pretty much scrape anything off of it without damaging the surface.

I'm using an old Acer xp laptop and it's fine. I have the projector set as the 2nd monitor(extended not cloned) and it just shows up where it is supposed to.

Destroyed my PMDS

If the resin is cured to the acrylic, you likely need a new vat. I am in the same boat. They are supposed to be available very soon, I know Mike got the parts last week and presumably is assembling them as we speak. http://www.amazon.com/Sylgard-Solar-Encapsulation-Making-Panels/dp/B004IJENBG/ref=sr...

I'm hoping to hear something about these soon. I think Mike said he was supposed to get the parts last week. Hopefully any day now.

Creative ways of adding resin during a print

Yeah, you don't want the resin flowing during exposure. That would leave you with deformed parts. Adding during this process is a bad idea imo.
