Re: Where can i download the installation software for V1.2?

Hi, I shared a dropbox folder with you and I have placed a copy of the Version 1.2 installation inside the folder. I think it is the latest version. Please let me know if it works. Inventory or not, the team at B9 should have already taken care of this issue. How much time can it take to help an end...

Re: Abort code 25000

Capture.JPG Update: Last night before I went home, I moved the printer to the other side of my studio and started to print the same file again, only this time I printed at 20z instead of the 30z I normally use for the emerald resin. I came in this morning fully expecting another failed print but th...

Re: Abort code 25000

Thanks man, just had my 3rd failed print of the day. "un-hooking" from the wifi, eliminating the battery back up and plugging directly into the receptacle did not change anything...my printer is broken. I need to cast tomorrow, stuff due first of the week...Valentines day...oh well

Re: Abort code 25000

Furthermore, this forum has turned into a ghost town, the support portal has obviously taken its place. I asked a simple question back on Feb 1st and no one commented or answered. I simply wanted to know if you guys turn off your printer each night...at this pont I don't really care what you guys do...

Re: Abort code 25000

Two prints failed today...these are large pendants taking 2.5 hrours and the printer just stops working. I really think I have a lemon. At this point, I obviously cannot print anything. Support thinks a firmware update next week "might" fix this issue. Nothing like dropping 10 grand on a p...

Re: Abort code 25000

The printer seems ok and is printing flawless models.....the first time it happened was on my very first print out of the box, then two more times here recently....do you guys turn off your printer each night? I do.

Abort code 25000

3 aborted prints out of 29 total prints. The printer just stopped printing and all 3 failures were at the very beginning of the print...maybe 5 minutes in...should I be worried?

Late wishes!

Here it is, almost 8pm on Christmas evening and we have had our 530 since the 19th of December. It was a breeze to set up and although we haven't printed a great deal, we are more than pleased with our purchase! Libby and I want to thank all the fine folks at B9 and especially Laine for being so hel...

Re: supports arrangement

FWIW I import the support into the project I am working on. Scale if needed and export the ring with the support attached, into B9's slicing software.

Projector failure.

https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipMB9t8ZeNtWEojl7qfiaLCG87VCrV_bh9zAuFvE I think I have a ballast failure on my projector. I have contacted support and left a couple messages with some of the B9 staff....are they at a show or something? I desperately need to order a new projector today! Thanks,...

Re: Is anyone using the new Core series printer?

Thanks Robert, we are all aware that you are effectively using the new core printer :) I was looking for feedback/images from someone who shelled out hard earned cash, preferably a new user not tied to the B9 team. There seems to be a lack of "chatter" in regards to the new printer here on...
