Re: Hello... and, skip this if you're busy :-)

yes the new software will still work with v1. You just need to select v1 (or 1.1 can't remember) and 50,75, or 100xy in the settings

Both resins were cured in the B9 light cure box for about 15-20 minutes each. I then clean the models and make sure they are dry and fully cured.

You should be cleaning the models BEFORE curing.

Re: Model cure questions

You will love this unit. You can print a model in the morning, cure, and get in the oven same day, cast the next morning. Huge time saver

I had 10 pieces in there at one time the other day

Re: Software update bug

Whats easier to read. john.ring or johnring? That's the reason for the . between the words. I don't add the .stl when saving the file name, I was just showing what the file shows when selecting to add to the layout. And it doesn't matter, I just renamed the files johnring and johnhead and the result...

Software update bug

Since the update I have been having an issue with loading stl files into the layout that have similar names. For example, a file named john.ring.stl and a file named john.head.stl, when adding both files to the layout, the result is 2 john.ring files in the layout. If I change john.head.stl to 1.joh...

Re: Bottom line to all of my experience

11) Settle time. It was investigated by the CarterTG a lot. I'm now are using even higher values, like 17-20 seconds. But as from I seen looks like it need kinda variable control . Settle time in the beginning, were the turbulence occurs from the build table in the resin, is even higher - 20-25 sec...

Re: Left opening Red Aluminum plate for B9 1.2

I fail to see why this would be beneficial. To me it looks like the grid is centered in the window. So turning it around would still put it in the same spot would it not?

Re: Random lines, new to the B9. Printing jewelry.

How does the resin flow back look? I don't understand how the first few layers attach and then disappear. I may be wrong but to me it looks like the resin hasn't completely settled and not filled the entire window, thus the layer not attaching and subsequent layers. Some users have put something und...
