How many prints with 2 bottles of resin?

can't tell you exactly how many.. depends on size of your rings, how successful your prints come out, how much resin you waste etc. Don't worry though.. You could easily earn back a few bottles of resin with one ring sold.. heck I'd think you could even earn back your 3d printer cost with the sale o...

Low resolution

hey did you do your research before you bought this printer? Its not solidscape or other expensive printer that is plug and play. This is a DIY printer, with the new version released about 3 weeks ago so Mike and the team are working day and night to release the guides and full version of software. ...

Who can help?

try increasing your settle times more to 10seconds or so and see how that turns out... seems like the problem is on one side, probably caused by movement of resin

Cherry castings

there are threads where you can find detailed casting info.. maybe have to dig down. I wish we could sticky a thread with successful casting/printer settings etc. Seems like its info that would help most jewelers in here.

Any Canadians receive their B9 v1.2 kit yet?

Just wondering if any Canadian buyer has received their B9 v1.2 printer yet? Mine was shipped out on the 7th'July but seems to be stuck in customs still. I wouldn't think it would take that long to ship across the border as I usually get packages within 3-4 days.

Software v1.7.0 Beta

Many fail to take other things into consideration for costs.. Failed prints, down time, loss of clients, waiting a year to receive printer, time sending printer back and forth for repair work because you can't stop by your local hardware store and pick up a replacement part etc. If you ever ran a re...

How to ensure accurate prints?

yes.. sometimes the resin may look fine with no bits floating but they're usually on the bottom of the vat. Best to take a few seconds to strain it if you had even a slight fail or haven't strained your resin after multiple prints. tiny bits snowball and end up ruining the whole print. As for number...
