Re: B9 530 USB not recognized

Reboot the printer, usually fixes this.

Are u moving files created on other than Windows 10 machine? Might cause issues.

Re: Print/waves marks

like to see picture of the whole ring. Maybe orientation might help. You can sand and file after curing. Always saves time with finishing. New software upgrade for the Core machines greatly improves surface finish.

What machine what resolution of print?

Re: FastWax Instructions For Use

Been doing the same burnout as AK for over a year with great results (all B9 castable resins). Our times are slightly different, but same strategy.

Re: Possible to repair a duravat?

Send a ticket to B9 and ask about a trade. Not sure what the possibilities are. I do know that the vat is a complete rebuild and the cost is in the film on the surface not the vat or other components. The film is crazy expensive that they are using.

Running everyday. love the fast slice and the smooth new prints. Will save lots of time in cleanup.

The slicing is very fast no delay in process like old smooth slicing.

Curing flat objects that want to curl

When I do flat objects that have a thicker edge than it's interior surfaces sometimes I get curling. I have found the best way to correct this is to (this is using the B9 curing unit) fill the glass container with water and place the uncured model under it so that the weight of the water and contain...

Why in the world would you want a 12mm radius on the bottom. No wonder it won't work. Maybe you were trying for .12 or something else.

Re: Problem more problem

You are the only user of the Core machine that says you get no support. Also first to have so many problems with operation. If u have not contacted the B9 team in South Dakota then u should do that. I would really like to know what happens when u contact them. After all the resellers/dealers have to...

If u have resin between the film coating and the substrate underneath u need to contact B9.

What resin were u using and what machine. Your settings or the settings in the machine?

Re: Duravat

Would be a waste of time in my opinion. Coatings are proprietary and even a change to the window would probably makes all the on board settings not work any more. The way the duravat lasts it's well worth the purchase price. I'm getting close to the 900 hrs mark on one of my vats. Think u can only p...
