Re: Printing issue

Base was started by Justin yrs ago. We all called it the Justine Base. Do it in CAD so u can adjust the two pieces (oval disc and support). Add it before you export then add the other supports as needed. Give me your email and I will send u the one I use. I'll send u the .3dm file. Can't post here. ...

Re: Printing issue

If u rotate the model and use a base u wont' have the horizontal surfaces to support Very few supports needed then.

Just a rotated ring to show u the idea of rotation to avoid horizontal surfaces.

Re: Motor or its arm troublshooting?

Maybe the "set screw" on the motor shaft (holds the gold arm from rotating on the shaft) is loose or not tightened at the flat spot on the motor shaft.

Re: Help B9R-3-Emerald

Prob a spruing issue or very thin areas of the model or sharp corners or is using a centrifugal casting machine too many turns on the sp...

You should probably be asking this question on the Asiga forum. I don't know anyone here on the B9 forum running the Asiga and the B9 or Core.

Re: The problem of wave

Worked for me for over 8 yrs. Stl 2.JPG stl settings 2.JPG Make sure you uncheck the "Export open objects" box. If u check it, it allows for bad objects to be exported. You did have duplicate objects. I deleted everything from your file except the blue model (.3dm). Some of the stuff u sen...

Re: The problem of wave

I think the only way that is possible is if the file u are converting to stl has the waves or the stl has the waves.

Post the file of the ring in .3dm if u have it.

Seems like it might be easier to just get a photoshop guru to take out the supports. Just thinking out loud.

When u change the lamp do a calibration print first and adjust fade, balance, and slope and MSM if needed.

Need to make sure u tightened the screws on the arm on the flat spots of the motor spindle, it could be slipping.

I recommend to everyone to get the new steel build table. Calibration is a breeze and eliminates one issue altogether.

Might need to rethink your price. V1.2 are selling for this or less, and they are higher resolution and print almost twice as fast. Just a thought.
